Exercises such as chin-ups and pull-ups, sit-ups, dips, and leg and knee raise, enable users to perform a variety of body weight exercises without bulky equipment.

BenchK Wall Bar 512W’s minimal design features qualities such as the hand-oiled beech wood rungs and durable powder-coated white matte rails with a metal rectangular profile. All of which showcase the precision and detail achieved by the high standards of Polish manufacturing.

The wall bar can be mounted off the ground, or with the wall bar feet to the floor installation. The wall bar can be equipped with BenchK DB 410 dip bar and BenchK 410 workout bench.
